This picture shows the nature of the alley cats. It shows a typical alley cat in a typical environment. If we look closely in this cat picture we will see that it is overexposed (look at the nose).
Picture of a cat, with very beautiful green eyes, lying in a pale of fallen leafs. In the cold autumn days the cats sleep in pales of leafs like this one to keep them warm.
This beautiful cat portrait is a good example how to made a good cat portrait. The DOF is very little, and the focus very accurate (thanks to my old Canon EF 135mm f/2.0L USM). Make attention on the focus - it's on the eyes. This is essential for every portrait, no matter cat or human. In addition - the background of this cat picture is also very good and not desturbing.
Another picture of my himalayan cat Jolie. Here she is standing on the window and looks at my hand. I've desturbed her because I didn't wanted her to look at the camera. She has beautiful eyes, didn't she :)
Meet my cat - Jolie! She is almost 2 years old himalayan cat, but at the time that picture was made, she was around 9 months old. She's cute, isn't she? :)
You would not believe it but this cute lying kitten is a feral cat! And I loved this feral kitten - it was not scared from me and it was very very cute. You'll see many pictures of it in this site in the future. In this picture, the feral kitten was lying on the ground next to a block, and resting.
Those kittens was only one month and a half old when I took this picture. It's a picture of the sleeping kitten you see below, and one of his brothers/sisters. Very cute scene.
This sleeping kitty was only one month and a half old when I took this picture. It's in fact a male kitten, medium haired. The kitten was sleeping on its paws - a very cute scene indeed. So, it was a must take shot :) This little cute had 3 or 4 brothers and sisters (I can't remember the exact count).
This white kitty was only one month old when I took this picture. She was licking her paws, but on the pictures it looks like she is hiding herself. Interesting facts about this white kitty: this is Persian cat, and she's odd-eyes (one blue and one green eye)
This blog is dedicated to pictures of cats, as it's said in the title. We'll post pictures hosted (mostly) on the site for sharing cat pictures (http://piccat.com/). We'll also post useful information and tips about taking pictures of cats. Almost all pictures are copyrighted by me (Petar Mitchev), and cannot be used in any form without my permission. I hope you'll feel these cat pictures with your heart
